James D. Beardsley is
the founding pastor of Newark United Pentecostal Church in
Newark, Delaware, and is presently the overseer of starting
daughter churches out of the mother church that he founded. He
is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Urshan Graduate
School of Theology, Florissant, Missouri. James holds a BA in Physics and Mathematics and spent sixteen years in
program and engineering management in the aerospace industry. |

Judy
Bentley is a licensed school teacher, prolific
writer, and speaker. She holds a BS in Education and has taught
in public and private schools for thirty-five years in addition
to authoring seven books. Judy is the daughter of Reverend and
Mrs. Stanley Chambers, the mother of three daughters, and the
grandmother of nine. She and her husband, Robert Bentley, have
worked abroad administrating in Bible colleges and founding
churches. They ministered for one year in London and eight years
in Russia and the countries of the former Soviet Union. They
presently pastor and reside in Dexter, Missouri. |

David K.
Bernard is founder and pastor of New Life United
Pentecostal Church in Austin, Texas, out of which have come ten
additional works. He is also superintendent of the South Texas
District United Pentecostal Church and president of Urshan
Graduate School of Theology. A former college professor and a
member of the State Bar of Texas, he earned a JD in law with honors from the University of Texas, a master
of theology from the University of South Africa, and a BA magna cum laude
in mathematical sciences and managerial
studies from Rice University. The author of 27 books with
circulation in excess of 600,000, he has been published in 35
languages and has ministered in 41 countries on six continents.
He and his wife, Connie, have three children: Jonathan, Daniel,
and Lindsey. |

Carol P.
Clemans is a certified pastoral counselor and Bible
seminar teacher. For over forty years, she has ministered in
churches, at conferences, and retreats. She served for ten years
under the leadership of Reverend Kenneth Haney at Christian Life
Center and taught for six years at Christian Life College,
Stockton, California. Carol has authored God’s Healing for
Hurting People and has four CD recordings—Winning the Battle of
the Mind, God’s Design for Marriage, True Submission, and Abuse
Recovery God’s Way. She is a certified PREPARE/ENRICH
facilitator and certified Critical Stress Management Facilitator AACC. She is the founder and president of Life Enrichment
Ministries and resides in St. Peters, Missouri. |

Judy
Doughty is an ordained minister of the United
Pentecostal Church and international speaker on prayer. She has
authored Spiritual Warfare Prayer, a tool for expanded prayer
times (with 66,000 copies in print and translated into five
languages) and 40 Days of Worship. Judy holds a BA in Music
Education from Eastern Illinois University with Master’s
coursework and has been a music minister for many years,
founding Apostolic Center Dinner Theatre, Mattoon Youth Choir,
Apostolic Sanctuary Choir, and Apostolic Center Children’s
Choir. As an educator, she has taught at Indiana Bible College,
Decatur Public Schools, and Eastern Illinois University. She and
her husband, Derold R. Doughty, pastor Apostolic Center in
Mattoon, Illinois, where they reside. |

David A.
Duncan is involved in church ministry and a
coach/consultant for fundraising development. A graduate of
Ozark Christian College in Joplin, Missouri, his development
career includes serving as director of development for Good News
Productions, International; as a fundraising consultant with
Dickerson & Associates; as vice president for Estate and Gift
Design for Church Development Fund; and as president of
Cornerstone Christian Foundation. David is experienced in
helping organizations establish and expand their development
programs, resulting in millions of dollars of current gifts and
tens of millions of estate and planned gifts. He passionately
shares the biblical stewardship principles that relate to major
gift and estate planning. David and his wife, Libby, reside in
Carl Junction, Missouri. |

Todd Gaddy
serves as general youth president for the United Pentecostal
Church I(nternational and has worked with young people as a youth pastor,
sectional youth leader, and district youth president. He holds a
BA in Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis,
Missouri, and a BA in Biblical Studies from Christian Life
College, Stockton, California. In January 2006, Todd began Voice
One Productions, a voice-over and audio editing company that
provides voice and audio services to churches, Web sites, and
individuals. He and his wife, Brenda, and daughters, Alexandra
and Mikayla, reside in St. Louis, Missouri. |

Karen
Hatcher owns a financial services business, manages
multiple rental properties, and handles the accounting for two
churches. She holds mortgage, insurance, and securities licenses
in several states. Karen came to the United States at age 17
after being raised in South Korea, the daughter of Missionary
Elton Bernard. At age 14, she was teaching English as a second
language to professional Koreans as well as teaching at the
Bible school. She is the mother of two daughters. Karen and
husband, Charles Hatcher, pastor and reside in Gonzales,
Louisiana. |

James Hughes is a licensed UPC minister and
structural engineer, having designed over 135 church facilities.
He established Life Choice Ministries for the purpose of
providing counseling services for churches and assisting pastors
in dealing with crisis situations. He travels internationally
teaching marriage and family seminars. For several years, he
taught at Texas Bible College, during which time he developed
new programs of study and a post-graduate program. Reverend
Hughes has a PhD in Clinical Psychology, a MA in Biblical
Studies, and a BS in Math and Christianity. He resides in
Pearland, Texas. |

Aubrey
Jayroe is a licensed UPC minister and owner/president
of Jayroe & Company, PA, Accounting & Tax Office. He is also
secretary of the Arkansas District United Pentecostal Church;
president of Ministry Resource Group, Inc.; president of Forrest
City Financial Center, LLC; and on the board of directors of
Forrest City Bank, NA, and Forrest City School District. Aubrey
is a nationally accredited tax advisor and preparer. He has a BA
in Business Administration and is a member of numerous
accounting associations. He, along with his wife, Donna, pastor
First Pentecostal Church in Forrest City, Arkansas, where they
reside. |

Keller is a licensed minister with the United
Pentecostal Church. His ministry has involved serving as an
evangelist, assistant pastor, and for the last 20 years, as
pastor of
Abundant Life Tabernacle in Ft. Wayne, Indiana. |

Cindy
Miller is a licensed Christian counselor and holds a
BA of Social Sciences from Thomas Edison State College, MS from
Philadelphia Biblical University, and is working on her PhD in
Pastoral Care and Counseling at Liberty University. She is an
international speaker, author of two books, Character Counts
and
I Don’t Want a Divorce, and is a department writer for
Reflections magazine. Cindy and her husband, Stanton Miller,
pastor Calvary United Pentecostal Church in Wrightstown, New
Jersey, where they reside. In addition to pastoral ministry,
Cindy is an adjunct professor at two colleges, including Urshan
Graduate School of Theology. |

Paul
Povolni is creative director and principal of Voppa,
a rapidly growing design studio in the non-profit and religious
sector. With twelve years of international brand strategy and
design development experience, he strives to bring world-class
results to any endeavor. For nine years, Paul served as creative
director at Pentecostal Publishing House. Aside from design
work, he speaks at conferences and meetings on creative and
innovative thinking as well as consulting for churches and
non-profit organizations. He is currently working on a book and
resources on “Creatistry.” Paul resides in St. Louis, Missouri. |

Robert L.
Rodenbush is a licensed UPC minister and an attorney,
with a BS in economics, JD in law, and LLM in taxation. His
desire to help churches and ministers led him to focus his law
practice on religious and other tax-exempt organizations. As one
of seven attorneys in Lathrop & Gage L.C.’s Religious
Organizations practice group (and now in private practice), Rob
has represented pastors, churches, and religious organizations
in legal and tax matters for more than twelve years. He
presently serves as associate pastor and general counsel for
Calvary Tabernacle and instructor and general counsel for
Indiana Bible College in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he resides
with his wife, Jaye, and their daughter, Micki Evangeline. |

Albert R.
Skaggs is a licensed UPC minister in addition to
having built and sold a number of businesses. He is currently
owner/president of five companies: A & R Rental Commercial
Warehousing, A & G Leasing, Exit 76 Ultimate Storage, Skaggs
Development, LLC, and Skaggs Builders,
Inc. He has been active in building and development for over
thirty years and has been an active member and officer in the
Tri-County Builder’s Association in his county. Albert is a
leadership training speaker, is involved in the Church-in-a-Day
program (Home Missions), and has aided in the construction of
several churches on the Foreign Mission field. He presently
serves as an associate minister at Apostolic Pentecostal
Tabernacle in Seymour, Indiana. |

Andy Smith
is an ordained UPC minister and holds a MS in
Family Studies from the University of Maryland with a BS from the U. S. Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. He
serves as the administrator for Metro Evangelism in the Home
Missions Division United Pentecostal Church International. Andy and his wife,
Melinda, have been serving “at-risk” adult and adolescent
populations for over a decade and currently provide pastoral
care services to congregations around the United States. Their
passion is to assist individuals and families in achieving
relational health and spiritual wholeness through experiential
and biblical principles. They reside in St. Louis, Missouri,
with their toddler, Emma Grace, and black Lab, Sami. |

Alonzo
Terry is the founder and senior pastor of Solid Rock
Pentecostal Church in Atlanta, Georgia. He is committed to
reaching people from all over the world and has infused vision,
which promotes culturally diverse congregations, wise
stewardship of finances, and gifts of service. In 2000, he
founded Mentorship Conference, a life-changing week-end and mentoring
training conference to equip and develop pastors and laity with
proven principles and application methods that will enable them
to expand their ministries. Alonzo is heavily involved
in local and state community affairs. He serves as a member of
the General Board and Home Missions Administrative Board of the
United Pentecostal Church International. He and his wife, Kathy,
reside in Atlanta, Georgia, with their three children. |
